This 4 Inch Perforated Drainage Pipe is used in a variety of agricultural and home applications to help you control water flow, distribution and sub drainage. The drain pipe is heavy duty corrugated single wall and constructed of high density polyethylene, HDPE. The slotted drainage pipe comes in lengths of 250 feet. Drainage Pipe Applications. In 1987, ADS introduced N-12® smooth interior dual wall pipe, which today is specified nationwide in 4' through 60' diameters for municipal storm drains and highway drainage, offering exceptional hydraulics and strength. Slotted Drain is a unique pipe which removes sheet flow without multiple grades or water channeling devices. The pipe is cut along a longitudinal axis, and a trapezoidal or straight-sided grate with reinforcing spacer plates is welded to form a 1 3/4 -inch-wide slot opening.
